How Do I Get Age Verified on Chaturbate and Stripchat?

On Chaturbate you agree to the Independent Broadcaster Agreement, upload a photo of a valid government-issued ID and add a selfie. On Stripchat you photograph both sides of your ID and take a photo of yourself, and the documents are usually reviewed within 24 hours. Both sites need this before you can broadcast.

• Create an account. Chaturbate suggests a username that is different from the one you use on personal accounts, for your privacy.
• Read and accept the Independent Broadcaster Agreement. Every person who broadcasts on the account has to accept it.
• Upload a clear photo or scan of your government-issued ID.
• Add a selfie of the ID holder. Show only your face in the frame and do not hold the ID next to it.

The ID must show your date of birth, a recognisable photo, the ID number and your legal name, and the text has to be readable in the image.

• Accepted: government-issued plastic ID cards, driver's licences and passports.
• Not accepted: expired IDs, permits or temporary IDs, hand-written or drawn IDs, edited images, birth certificates and military IDs.

If a submission is declined, the ID was either not an accepted type or not legible. Chaturbate asks you to upload a clearer one. Source: How do I get age verified?

Yes, after they upload their own ID. Chaturbate does not allow anyone to appear on an account, in the live stream or in content uploaded to the bio page, until they have provided an acceptable government-issued photo ID. Source: How do I get age verified?

You get the NEW tag, which gives extra visibility for 80 hours of streaming during your first 30 days. Chaturbate suggests broadcasting often in that period to build a following. Source: How do I get age verified?

Stripchat accepts passports, ID cards and driver's licences. The process guides you step by step: you photograph the document on both sides and then take a photo of yourself, placing your face inside the outline shown on screen. The document has to be the real one, not a screen or a copy, it has to be in date, and your details and photo must be clearly visible.

Stripchat's list of what you provide is a colour close-up of both sides of the ID, and a colour photo of you holding the ID near your face together with a sheet of paper on which the current date and your account username are written by hand. Images must be larger than 500 x 500 pixels. Documents are usually reviewed within 24 hours, and the result appears as a notification and under the Documents menu. The reason is shown in the Documents menu, and by email if your address is confirmed. The common ones are:

• the photo is too poor to read, or only part of the document is visible
• the document has expired
• the ID has no birth date or no face on it
• the photo has been digitally modified
• the personal information you typed does not match the document
• the verification steps were not all completed
• you already have another account on Stripchat

Read the reason, upload the documents again, and Stripchat reviews the account within 24 hours of the new submission. If the Request Approval button is greyed out, delete your name from its field and type it again to activate the button. Source: What to do in case of rejected documents
