What happens to my old Chaturbate username?
That is your choice, and support will ask. The old name can redirect automatically to the new one, so anyone who opens the old address lands in your room. Chaturbate notes that this can cost a broadcaster viewers who only know the old name, so choose the redirect unless you want a clean break. Source: Can I change my username?
How do I change my Stripchat username as a viewer?
Changing a viewer username is an Ultimate membership feature. With Ultimate:
- Open Settings and Privacy and scroll to the My Username panel.
- Click Change Username and enter the new name.
- Type your current password and click Save.
The change applies at once, and you can make one every 90 days. The old username becomes permanently unavailable to everyone, including you, so you cannot switch back. Source: I want to change my username, what can I do?
Without Ultimate, the route Stripchat gives is to create a new account with a different email address. If you take Ultimate for this and later want to stop it, the steps are in Stripchat billing help. Source: I want to change my username, what can I do?
How do I change my Stripchat username as a model?
Models can change their username once every 60 days. An independent model does it directly under Settings and Privacy, My Username, and the change applies immediately. If you are signed with a studio, only the studio can change it. The new name must never have been used on Stripchat and must not belong to another user or model, and you cannot go back to the previous name afterwards. Source: How to change username
Can viewers still find me under my old Stripchat name?
By default, yes. The old username appears in search results next to the new one, and the old profile link keeps working, so regulars do not lose you. If you want a fresh start with the old name hidden, tick the box for that in My Username. Source: How to change username
