Stripchat Billing Help: Statement Names, Declined Payments, Refunds and Account Deletion

This page covers the Stripchat billing and account questions that come up most: what the charge looks like on a bank statement, what to do when a payment is declined, when a refund is possible, and how to cancel Ultimate or delete an account. Each answer is taken from Stripchat's own help centre, checked on 12 October 2026, with a link to the source.

Not "Stripchat". The help centre says the charge appears under the name of the payment provider that handled it, and lists these names:

• EPOCH.COM *Technius
• SegpayEU.com-TechChat
• Paymentico.com
• centrobill.com
• Technius Ltd (the company that operates Stripchat)

If you see one of these and do not remember the purchase, each provider has a billing support page where you can look up the charge. The date on the statement can also be one to three working days later than the day you bought, because some banks hold the transaction before clearing it. Stripchat gives three common reasons: card details entered wrongly, not enough funds, or the bank blocking the charge because it is international or looks unusual. Its advice is to check the details, ask your bank about its policy on online card payments, and if that does not help, pay with a different card, a different billing processor or another payment method.

There is also a reason specific to Stripchat. Card and PayPal purchases have to be enabled by verifying the account. You can do that by confirming a small hold of under $2 placed on your card, which is released afterwards, or by uploading an ID document, which Stripchat says it reviews within 24 hours. Stripchat lists PayPal, Paysafecard, Sofort, mobile billing, gift cards, and Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as examples, and says the options depend on your country. Debit, prepaid and virtual cards work through the normal card option. To see what is offered where you are, click the green plus button at the top of any page. Stripchat publishes clearer refund rules than most cam sites.

Refund of a token purchase. Only your last purchased pack can be refunded, and only if it was bought within the last 30 days, none of its tokens have been used, and you paid by card or PayPal. You ask Customer Support, and each request is reviewed individually.

Refund for a show or a tip. The complaint has to reach Stripchat within 48 hours. A private show that lasted more than 5 minutes cannot be refunded in full, so if a show is not what was agreed, leave straight away and rate it low with a comment. A tip is refunded only if there was a clear agreement with the model about the request and the amount. Spying on a show is not covered, and neither is anything arranged outside the site.

Because the 50 tokens are a prize draw, not a signup bonus. Every hour Stripchat gives 50 tokens each to 10 users with a verified email address. You join through the "Get 50 Free Tokens" tab at the bottom of a chat room, and if you win you have 10 minutes to claim the prize before it is lost.

Stripchat also says it does not issue discount coupons. If you are eligible for a discount you see it in your account and get an email, and there are seasonal promotions. Sources: I did not receive free tokens and Do you offer token discounts?

Click your username, open My Profile, go to the My Subscriptions tab, open the Ultimate membership page and click Cancel Membership. Source: How can I cancel my Ultimate membership?

Open the account menu, go to Settings and Privacy and click Delete Account in the top right corner. You can give a reason, tick the confirmation box and click Do It. The account becomes inactive at once and Stripchat stops sending you emails and notifications.

The data is not erased at once: Stripchat says it is permanently deleted automatically after 18 months. Until then you can get the account back by logging in again and clicking Restore My Account, which sends a restoration link to your email.
