Stripchat Tokens Not Showing Up? What to Do After You Paid
Where to check a Stripchat token purchase, how long card holds, crypto and UPI payments take, who to contact for each payment method, and how Auto-Refill and token gifts work.
Why are my Stripchat tokens not showing up?
Open your Token History first. If the purchase is listed there, it went through and the tokens belong to your account. If it is not listed, the payment either failed or is still being processed, and the next step depends on how you paid.

I paid by card or PayPal. What now?
- The credit is in your Token History: the purchase is complete and the tokens should already be in your balance. If they are not, contact Customer Support so the team can look into it.
- There is no credit in your Token History: the purchase most likely failed. Depending on the payment provider, you were either not charged or the amount is on hold. Check the status in the banking app or service you paid with.
- The money is on hold: a temporary hold can be released automatically, and that can take up to 5 business days. If it is still held after 5 business days, ask the service you paid with to confirm the status of the charge.

I paid with Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency. How long does it take?
Crypto transactions can take some time to process. Stripchat cannot track them from its side, so the status has to come from the crypto provider that handled the payment. For CoinGate, use its contact form or write to support@coingate.com. For payments processed through Paymentico, the provider to contact is XBO. What about UPI, gift cards and other payment methods?
- UPI (payments in INR): these can take a while. If the tokens have not arrived after 24 hours, contact UPI Support to confirm the status of the transaction.
- Gift cards: if you redeemed the card through PayGarden, send a request at paygarden.com/support.
- Any other billing provider: wait up to 24 hours. If the payment still has not gone through, contact the service you used.

Where do I see my token balance?
Next to your username at the top of the site. You buy tokens with the plus icon beside your username, and once you have made your first purchase the balance is shown to the left of that icon. Source: What are Stripchat tokens and why do I need them?
Can I move tokens from my other Stripchat account?
No. Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts. What you can do is buy tokens as a gift for another user. Source: Can I transfer tokens from one account to another?
To send a gift, click Buy Tokens in the header and choose Buy Tokens as Gift, or start from the other user's profile or user card. Pick any package, pay, and you get a link to pass on. The link is also emailed to you and kept in your Tokens History. Why did my balance top up by itself?
That is Auto-Refill. When it is switched on, Stripchat tops up your tokens automatically when the balance runs low. It buys the last package you purchased manually and charges the payment details from that purchase. Cards and PayPal are limited to 4 automatic refills per 24 hours.
The switch is in Settings and Privacy, in the Balance Auto-Refill panel. To change the package or the payment details it uses, make one manual purchase from the Buy Tokens page with the package and details you prefer. Source: What is Auto Refill?

A temporary hold can be released automatically and may take up to 5 business days. After that, ask the service you paid with to confirm the charge status.
How long do crypto payments take on Stripchat?
They can take some time. Stripchat cannot track them, so the crypto provider you used, such as CoinGate or XBO, confirms the status.
Can I transfer Stripchat tokens to another account?
No. You can buy tokens as a gift for another user instead, up to 4 gifts in 24 hours.
