How Do Chaturbate Fan Clubs Work? Joining, Price and Perks

A fan club is a paid membership to one broadcaster. Members get a green username in that broadcaster's chat and free access to the broadcaster's Fan Club Exclusive Content. There is no limit on how many fan clubs you can join. Source: What is a fan club membership?

Open the broadcaster's bio. If they have a fan club, a Join Fan Club button sits at the top right of the bio. Click it, and you land on a billing confirmation page where you complete the subscription. The exclusive content and the green username are available as soon as you have joined. • A green username in the broadcaster's chat room, so the broadcaster can pick you out.
• Free access to all of that broadcaster's Fan Club Exclusive Content.
• The ability to start a private message with the broadcaster.

Chaturbate also encourages broadcasters to add perks of their own, such as fan-only photos and videos and free entry to hidden shows, so the exact package differs from room to room. Sources: What is a fan club membership? and Start a Chaturbate Fan Club

Each broadcaster sets the price, anywhere from 50 to 2500 tokens per month. You can pay by credit card or with tokens, and the two work differently. A card is billed every month. A token payment is taken in 3-month blocks, so you pay for three months up front. Source: Start a Chaturbate Fan Club

To see what a token costs in money, use our token price comparison.

If you pay by credit card, nothing changes for you. You keep being billed at the price you signed up with. Chaturbate's example: you joined at $5.99 a month and the broadcaster moves the price to $10.99, so your recurring payment stays $5.99. Rejoining later means paying whatever the price is then.

If you pay with tokens, the new price applies when your membership comes up for renewal. Source: What happens if a broadcaster changes their fan club price?

Click My Profile at the top right of the site and open the Memberships tab. After you cancel, Chaturbate sends a confirmation email with the date your fan club access ends. Source: How do I cancel a fan club membership?

Card problems, refunds and the Supporter membership are covered in Chaturbate billing help.

Green is the fan club color. The rest show a user's role or how much they have tipped:

• Orange: broadcasters
• Red: moderators
• Dark purple: tipped at least 1000 tokens in the past 2 weeks
• Light purple: tipped at least 250 tokens in the past 2 weeks
• Dark blue: tipped at least 50 tokens in the past 2 weeks
• Light blue: own or have purchased tokens
• Grey: no tokens

You can choose the highest color you want to display with the gear tab in a chat room. Source: Username colors

Go to the Broadcast Yourself page, click Settings & Privacy and find Fan Club Settings. Choose the price from the drop-down and the fan club is enabled. When fans pay by card you receive tokens each month as they are billed. When they pay with tokens you receive the tokens for the three months up front.
