How Do I Go Live on Stripchat? First Broadcast Step by Step

• Open stripchat.com/signup/model. If you already have a viewer account, log out of it first.
• Enter a username and an email address, and type both carefully because they are tied together.
• Click "I Want to Earn Money". A single-use password is sent to your email.
• Log in with it and change the password straight away.
• The Models Signup Wizard then takes you through the remaining steps.

• An internet connection with at least 4 Mbit/s upload. Stripchat recommends a cable over Wi-Fi for stability.
• A computer with at least a dual-core CPU and 4 GB of RAM, or a mobile device.
• A webcam, or a camcorder with a capture card. Stripchat's suggestions are the Logitech c920, Brio, c930e and PTZ Pro or Pro 2, with the Logitech 9000 as the budget choice.

Click Start Broadcasting. The first page shows model news and the broadcasting rules. Click Start Broadcasting again to reach your broadcasting page, where the main settings are:

• Your Pricing: prices for each type of show and their minimum duration.
• Goal: what happens in public chat when tips reach a set amount. You can queue up to five goals.
• Tip Menu: a list of activities with prices that viewers can pick and pay for in one click.
• Who can chat: everyone, only users with verified emails, or only users who have bought tokens or subscriptions.

• Install OBS Studio from obsproject.com. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Log in to Stripchat, start your broadcast and click "Switch to External Broadcast Software" below the broadcast window. A dialog shows the values you need.
• In OBS open Settings, Stream. Choose Stripchat as the service, paste the RTMP URL as the server and your broadcast token as the stream key. Keep the token private.
• In Settings, Output, set the video bitrate to match your resolution: 1500 to 2500 kbps for 1280x720, 3000 to 6000 kbps for 1920x1080, at 24 to 30 fps.
• If you use Advanced output mode, set the keyframe interval to 2 seconds and the tune to zerolatency. Stripchat marks both as important.

Yes. Stay close to the Wi-Fi router, or use a strong 4G or better signal. Keep the battery above 50% and the broadcast page in the foreground, and restart the stream after 1 to 2 hours.
