Lovense Not Connecting on Stripchat? Fixes for Models
How models set up Lovense on Stripchat from a computer or phone, and how to fix a toy that will not connect, keeps disconnecting or loses its menu. From Stripchat's own help centre.
Why is my Lovense not connecting on Stripchat?
Most connection failures come from three things: an app or extension that is out of date, a phone and computer on different networks, or a VPN. Update everything, put both devices on the same network without a VPN, and connect again. If the toy still does not show up, the cases below cover the rest. Source: Having problems with Lovense? How do I set up Lovense on a computer?
- Install the Lovense extension in your browser. Chrome, Firefox and the Lovense browser are compatible, each in its latest version.
- If the toy connects through your phone, update the Lovense Connect app on the phone. If it connects through the Lovense PC adapter (dongle), update Lovense Connect on the PC.
- Disable the extension and enable it again.
- Refresh Stripchat once all the updates are done.

How do I set up Lovense when I broadcast from my phone?
- Go to Broadcast Center, Set Up Broadcast, Interactive Toys.
- In the Lovense section, tap the gear icon and enable "Allow Lovense to connect to Stripchat".
- Select "Set up Lovense toy" and scroll the settings panel up to your stream window.
- Tap Start Show.
- Scroll back down to Interactive Toys. A green Connected badge next to Lovense means the toy is synced with the stream.

Why does Lovense keep disconnecting?
When you connect through the Lovense Connect app, the app has to be on the same internet connection as the computer you stream from, and both devices have to come from the same IP address. A VPN on either device breaks that and makes the toy connect and drop again throughout the broadcast. Turn the VPN off on both. Source: Having problems with Lovense? The app says connected but there is no Lovense icon. What is wrong?
The QR code has probably expired. The signs are a Lovense menu that disappears or never shows while you stream from mobile, and a missing Lovense icon while the app reports a connection. Work through these:
- Scan the QR code again.
- Close every session on mobile and desktop. Log out, or change your password, so that no tab is left with a running session, and close the browser completely.
- Clear cache and cookies.
- Reinstall the Lovense Connect app and scan the QR code once more.

What does an expired mToken look like?
The Lovense icon is missing on the Broadcasting page and Setup Lovense Toy shows an error. Close all tabs on mobile and desktop, or the whole browser, so no session is still running. How do I let viewers take full control of the toy?
On the Lovense website, open your toy's settings, switch on the Special Command section, tick Give Control, fill in the fields and click Save.
