Banned on Chaturbate or Stripchat? How to Get Back On

It depends on who banned you. A ban from one model's room can only be lifted by that model or by waiting until it runs out. A ban of your whole account is handled by the site: Chaturbate asks you to contact support with your username, and Stripchat sends an email with a link to appeal.

Chaturbate reviews each ban individually. Contact its support team, give your username, and they look into the account. Source: Why was I banned?

Before you write, it helps to know what the rules cover. Chaturbate's site rules forbid abusive language in chat or on a broadcast, including racism and hate speech, and harassing other users for any reason. The rules state plainly that causing issues with other users results in a ban. For broadcasters they also forbid performing while intoxicated, using drugs on camera even where legal, and broadcasting in a public place where people may appear without knowing. Source: Site rules

Stripchat gives models full control of their rooms. A model can ban a viewer for 24 hours, for 30 days or forever, and a ban cannot be lifted without the model's permission. A timed ban ends by itself, and then you can go back into the room. Source: If a model banned me, how can I get un-banned?

If a Knight muted you, the mute lasts 24 hours. Knights are users who have the power to mute others in a room, and you can recognise one by the shield icon next to the username. Source: If a Knight mutes me, how can I get unmuted?

If the model muted you, you wait until the mute period ends or until the model removes it. Stripchat's support team cannot unmute a user or shorten the mute. Source: The model muted me. How can I get unmuted?

Stripchat emails you when it takes action against an account, and that email contains a link for submitting an appeal. The link works for temporary and permanent blocks, content rejections, removal from the BDSM or Flirting categories, and reports you filed that led to no action. Other decisions, such as warnings and document rejections, are appealed through the Contact Support button in the help centre. The procedure is the same for users, models and studios, and Stripchat stresses that an appeal should include detailed information. Source: How to submit an appeal

If you are not sure whether the account is blocked, try to log in and look at your profile page. A suspended or deleted account shows the status "inactive". Source: I can't log in to my account, what can I do?

Stripchat grades violations by severity: a warning, a suspension of 24 hours to 30 days, or a permanent ban. It always sends an email explaining the reason, and the email gives the date the ban ends or says that it is permanent. Use the appeal link in that email if you think the decision is wrong.
